Welcome to Panchobon Art Resort

To ensure a pleasant and memorable stay for all our valued guests, we request your kind cooperation in following these guidelines. These terms constitute an agreement between you, the guest, and Panchobon Art Resort.

Guest Conduct:

Disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited. The resort reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to any guest who disturbs others or disrespects House Rules. Any violation of this policy — including loud noise, quarrelling, or use of abusive language — will lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund and may result in legal action as per the law.

Artwork Damage Policy:

Panchobon Art Resort is a curated artistic space featuring original artworks, sculptures, and murals. Guests are expected to treat these art pieces with utmost care and respect. If any artwork or property item is damaged, the guest responsible will be required to bear the full cost of repair or replacement based on its actual value.

Prohibitions:

Guests are not allowed to carry or use explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or any hazardous chemicals within the resort premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund and may lead to legal consequences as per the law.

Visitor Regulations:

For safety and comfort of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. Visitors may meet registered guests only in designated common or open areas and must leave the premises by 10:30 PM. Outside vehicles belonging to non-staying guests will not be allowed within the resort premises.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. Guests are entitled to cancel their reservations up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in. A charge equal to 50% of the total rent will apply for such cancellations. Cancellations made after 72 hours before check-in or post check-in will not be eligible for any refund.

Check-In Policy:

Payment for the total rent must be completed at the time of check-in. Guests must present a valid government-issued Photo ID, address proof, and age proof. Copies will be kept for security and returned upon departure.

Food & Beverage Policy:

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited anywhere within the resort premises. Guests are not allowed to bring, store, or consume outside food inside rooms, the garden, or any open area within the property. All meals, snacks, and beverages must be availed from the resort’s dining facilities only. The management reserves the right to confiscate any outside food or beverage found within the premises.

Dining Schedule and Regulations:

  • To maintain smooth service, guests are kindly requested to follow the dining hours:
  • Breakfast: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM (Service closes at 11:00 AM)
  • Lunch: 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Service closes at 3:00 PM)
  • Dinner: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Service closes at 11:00 PM)
  • We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our dining schedule.

Room Cleaning:

Room and bathroom cleaning services are available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, upon guest request. Please contact reception to schedule the service at your convenience.

Cleanliness & Property Care:

Guests are requested to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene during their stay. Please avoid staining bed linens, towels, or furnishings. Any damage, breakage, or loss of resort property — including artworks, furniture, or decorative items — must be compensated at the actual cost.

Stay Duration

Once a booking is confirmed, the stay period cannot be shortened. If a guest decides to check out earlier than scheduled, no refund will be applicable for unused nights.

Departure Policy:

Guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM on the date of departure. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur an additional night’s room charge.

Minors’ Booking Restriction:

Guests below 18 years of age without parental supervision are not permitted to book or stay at the resort. Such reservations will be declined at check-in.

Parking and Vehicles:

Parking facilities are available for all registered guests. However, the resort does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings. Car washing is not permitted within the resort premises.

Payment and Billing:

We accept payments through UPI and cash only. Debit/Credit cards are not accepted. All bills must be settled before check-out.

Liquor and Smoking Policy:

Alcohol consumption is permitted only inside guest rooms. The resort does not sell or supply alcoholic beverages. Smoking is prohibited in closed public or shared spaces within the property.

Generator Usage:

During power outages, the resort’s generator will provide backup for essential lights and fans only. Air-conditioning units will remain non-operational during load shedding.

Air Conditioning Services:

In case of AC malfunction, our maintenance team will attempt prompt repair. If the issue cannot be resolved, a 20% deduction from the total rent will be applied.

Pet Maintenance:

We are a pet-friendly resort. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring pets use designated areas for their needs and clean up afterward. Any cleaning of pet waste performed by resort staff will result in an additional service charge.

Peace & Conduct:

Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. Any form of misconduct, loud disturbance, or violation of resort policies will result in immediate eviction without refund.
