Our family stay at this resort was a complete nightmare. From the moment we entered the rooms, we were shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The rooms were disgusting, the beds and blankets felt unwashed, and the overall room quality was extremely poor. To make matters worse, the rooms were infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest.
The service was even worse than the facilities. When we tried to complain about the room conditions, the lady at the reception was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, she began shouting at us. Furthermore, Tapos Mallik was dismissive and showed zero concern for the problems we were facing as guests.
The environment is not maintained and is certainly not suitable for families. We felt ignored and disrespected throughout our stay. Our rating is 1/5 (Very, Very Poor). Save your money and your peace of mind—do not stay here with your family.
Beautiful resort. The room is too good, well cleaned. The service is very good and polite. Their cultural program and decoration is also nice.
